Barn Conversion in 16560
Posted 10 February 2018
Job Description:
An old barn, 10x13 m. At the moment there are old stones on the floor. I am not sure whether these are to be removed before concreting? The level of the existing floor can be raised but it depends on how much is needed to stabilise before the concrete is poured! 2/3 of the barn is to be concreted, that is to say 43 square meters. After the floor is layed, there will be partition walls built on the foundation. This will be in 2 stories in wood with obs cladding. The roof also needs attention. It is laid with old tiles both over and under. Most of the roof has good dry beams, but there is a section of 3 meters on one side that needs new beams. I, m not sure whether this will be enough or whether it will be necessary to do more?
