We have a current project which is a Water Mill conversion that has planning permission and we have also installed the Septic tank. To give you a brief idea of the work involved, the property has water and electricity on site, the roof is in good condition but will need breaking into for the construction of a glass and oak Atrium. The stone walls will need the addition of windows and some door openings etc, and will have 2 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. We have a end of terrace house in the Creuse area on a one way narrow street.We require a quote to replace the wood on the gable end wth tiles. The house is 3 stories high and access could either be through the attic roof or you would need staffolding to be put on the footpath at the side of the house however at the end of house is our outhouse so this probably would not allow you o get close enough to the gable end. We also would like a quote to fit two velux windows to the attic and to have the roof insulated but this is something we are looking to do in the future whil tiling the gable end is required now.
