There is very little structural work to be undertaken as the building is generally in good condition and does not require major capital works. Architect to also advise on the future scope of a possible 2nd phase renovation in 2010. We have a house in Chabannes and we are looking for a builder to cement plaster or lime plaster our kitchen. The kitchen is semi submerged below ground level and when we bought the house in 2000 it was very damp. The walls have now completely dried out and we need them covering in a suitable plaster that will allow any moisture still remaining in the walls or likely to come through from the outside to escape. To give you a brief idea of the work involved, the property has water and electricity on site, the roof is in good condition but will need breaking into for the construction of a glass and oak Atrium.
