Landscape plot Near Neuvic sur l'Isle

We have recently built a new house and after the build the plot was left in rather a poor state by the builder with a lot of rock left lying around and not much soil meaning grass will not grow in all areas and it all needs levelling. The total plot including house and drive is about 3000 m2 and approximately half of it now needs clearing, top soil and levelling and grass seed as we just want it to a standard that we can easily cut the grass. For the right person there could also be the opportunity for further kerbing and stoning work on the drive and a patio to be laid.

I would like a solid metal Juliet balcony to be placed on the wall of my little salon. Then (?) a large-ish double glazed sliding window placed inside the room i.e. a small exterior balcony floor created meaning that the window uses some of the inner space. I would also like a long double glazed window/or part window and inner wall extending from both side walls, creating a small, narrow full length balcony "room".
